The JESUS Film Project distributes the film "JESUS," a two-hour docudrama about the life of Christ based on the Gospel of Luke. The film has been seen in every country of the world and translated into hundreds of languages since its initial release in 1979. Our goal is to reach every nation, tribe, people and tongue, helping them see and hear the story of Jesus in a language they can understand.
Through the use of The JESUS Film Project, and more than 1,500 Christian agencies, this powerful film has had more than 6 billion viewings worldwide since 1979. As a result, more than 201 million people have indicated decisions to accept Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.

OneStory |

Contact: Ron Green |

OneStory is a collaborative effort developed among five organizations--Campus Crusade for Christ, the International Mission Board SBC, Trans World Radio, Wycliffe International, and YWAM (Youth With A Mission). This unique partnership was established to work together in reaching the world’s remaining unreached people groups—particularly those from oral cultures.
Throughout the ages, the most enduring form of communication has been the telling of stories. OneStory tells the transforming stories of the Bible and salvation through Christ to those who have never heard it, or have never heard it expressed in a manner relevant to their culture, or in the language they speak. OneStory utilizes narrative storytelling to reach people who may have never had access to a Bible, media resources, or even a written language of their own. This unprecedented partnership of evangelical organizations is dedicated to being the catalyst of a global movement to transform lives for Christ.

Progressive Vision |

Contact: Marcus Vegh |

In collaboration with Great Commission ministries, Progressive Vision creates digital content in strategic languages for the evangelization and discipleship of oral communicators; initiates effective distribution channels for this unique content; advances best practices for making disciples of oral learners; and responds to God's Word with a prayer initiative for discipling oral culture.
Progressive Vision seeks to radically transform how oral cultures are evangelized and discipled. One way is through the Finishing the Task (FTT) Initiative.
In the fall of 2004, several leading ministries felt led of the Holy Spirit to come together with a vision consistent with Christ’s command to love one another and to lay down our lives (ministry agendas) for the sake of our brethren and the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom under a unified strategy called “Finishing the Task”.
The Finishing the Task initiative has a goal to see church planting movements initiated in the remaining 639 Unengaged, Unreached People Groups (UUPG’s) in the world with a population of 100,000 or more. These are people groups with no known indigenous reproducing Church. We believe that this vision will be carried out by local churches each embracing one or more of these UUPG’s.

World Teach (associated with Walk Thru the Bible) |
|
| |
| |
Contact: Terry Sparks |
| |
| |
The mission of World Teach is to fulfill the Great Commission by teaching the Bible for lasting life change in order to produce mature and equipped disciples.
Our strategy is to find people (primarily pastors and church planters) who already have an effective ministry and enhance their ministry by training them to be better teachers and leaders and by putting teaching tools that produce life change in their hands.
We will provide 15 Bible courses for teachers to teach over a period of 15 years (suggested one per year).
We will provide training to teach the 15 Bible courses. Our expectation, in return, is that the teachers will teach the Bible courses a minimum of three times to a total audience of 100.
We will provide yearly enrichment courses to make the teachers better teachers and leaders.

|

Wycliffe International's work is to facilitate the translation of God's Word into every language that needs it. Wycliffe has organizations in nearly forty countries and has had a part in translating over 500 New Testaments into minority and indigenous languages. Fifteen hundred more translation projects, representing over 70 countries, are in progress. Because Wycliffe organizations believe Bible translation is part of the Great Commission's mandate given to the Church, Wycliffe actively seeks to engage the worldwide Church in the Bible translation ministry. Wycliffe helps recruit personnel, raise funds and garner prayer for this worldwide task.

The Seed Company Contact: Roy Peterson

|
|

The Seed Company provides resources (training, funding, workshops, consultants, computer-assisted adaptation) for enabling mother-tongue speakers and other nationals to do Bible translation.
Creatively networking God's people around the world to translate the Bible into every language for His glory is the mission of The Seed Company. By bringing the resources of Christians to the needs of translators, we develop partnerships that result in effective translation efforts. The Seed Company projects are clearly defined in terms of time, cost and results. Linguistic and technical training are provided. Translated Scripture is checked for clarity and accuracy. Close ties of accountability are established. Supporting partners share in the struggles and successes of the project. The results? Another people group receiving God's message in their own heart language!
